BEACHWOOD DESIGN AND BUILD INFORMATION

Any project that affects the exterior of a home in Beachwood has to be approved by the architectural review board.  At a minimum a set of drawings are required to lay out the extent of the project.

Any project that is approved through the ARB will require a permit obtained through the building department of Beachwood.  The full building process for Beachwood is outlined here.
